Kelly Ho
Co-Founder & CEO
With a dynamic background that blends creativity, strategic marketing, and national-scale operations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and certification in Digital Marketing,
Kelly combine a strong eye for branding with data-driven growth strategies.
Alongside this venture, Kelly also serves as Co-CEO of her company Cold Chain Science Enterprises, in the pharmaceutical sector, where she not only led national logistics and managed key supplier and client relationships for cold chain solutions but also played a key role in revamping the company’s entire marketing strategy. She helped define a clear brand identity, sharpen business goals, and implement targeted campaigns that significantly boosted inbound sales, all while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and managing the logistics and operations team in Montreal.
Driven by a passion for clean-label products, social impact, great coffee, and a lifelong love for dogs, Kelly founded CUP'O Coffee as more than just a beverage brand.
Through the creation of the LYA Project, a portion of every sale goes toward helping animals in need, reflecting her belief that great products can do good, too.

With over a decade of experience in calibration, instrumentation, and cold chain operations,
Jean-Philippe brings deep technical expertise and operational precision to his role as Co-Founder & COO of CUP’O Coffee.
Before launching this venture, he founded Cold Chain Science Enterprises, building the company from the ground up. He architected its overall business strategy, cultivated key commercial relationships, and became the trusted advisor for every major client. His visionary approach to innovation drove the development of proprietary in-house software that transformed temperature monitoring with advanced features, compliant with FDA and healthcare regulations.
Jean-Philippe’s earlier roles equipped him with extensive expertise in maintaining system integrity, leading technical teams, and ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory compliance and product accuracy standards, skills that now seamlessly translate into the daily operations and quality assurance at CUP’O Coffee.
Combining operational discipline with a shared passion for clean, impact-driven products, he plays a pivotal role in delivering the quality and consistency behind every can.
