Our Story
Where Tradition Meets Innovation,
Inspired by Vietnamese Ca Phe Sua Da

Crafted with passion,
perfected through persistence.
What started as a simple idea became two and a half years of relentless R&D, late-night trials, and countless reformulations.
We quickly learned that blending a naturally acidic ingredient like coffee with a vegetable-based protein such as oat milk is anything but simple. We weren’t creating just another drink, we were crafting something we loved.
The simple joy of brewing a perfect iced coffee, from the aroma, the sweetness, to the coffee swirl over milk.
We wanted to capture that same café-quality experience, without any mixing or preparation work, instantly ready for you to enjoy.
From kitchen experiment to full-scale operation
With retort capabilities scarce in Quebec, we knew the only way to create the product we envisioned was to build it ourselves.
As our recipe evolved, so did our commitment. Instead of working with co-manufacturers, we took the leap and built our own manufacturing facility, from brewing to canning, sterilizing, and packaging.
We invested in a small-scale retort machine to ensure shelf stability without the need for refrigeration, a challenge far more complex than we initially imagined. But doing things the right way mattered more than doing them the easy way.
Choosing premium ingredients was non-negotiable. Our robusta beans are sourced directly from Vietnam and roasted in Canada. We pair them with the highest-quality oat milk we could find. The result is a drink that’s bold yet balanced, clean yet indulgent.

Quebec’s First Oat Canned Coffee
The ready-to-drink coffee market in Canada is still small, especially here in Quebec.
And that’s why we’re proud to be the first oat-milk–based canned coffee crafted in Quebec. What began as a passion project has grown into a mission: to bring you a delicious, honest, and beautifully crafted coffee experience, ready whenever you are.
Vietnamese Culture
Beyond its rich flavors, Vietnamese coffee culture tells a story of resilience and ingenuity. Despite challenges like war, colonization, and economic upheaval, Vietnamese coffee growers and producers persevered, building a thriving domestic industry and transforming the country into one of the world’s largest coffee exporters.

Our Bean Selection
Sourced from the lush highlands of Dak Lak, Vietnam, this 100% Robusta,
Grade 1 (S16 – S18) bean is the result of lineage, precision and care.
These beans come from a region celebrated for its fertile volcanic soils and
ideal climate for Robusta cultivation, with strict sorting and processing.
Why we chose it:

Uncompromised quality, we only work with the best vendors
